Amazing back story to this area tells a tale of a privately owned hill that needed official listing due to it's rope tow, after some debate the name Private Property No Trespassing Keep Out Ski Area was born.  This hat pays homage to the dream we all share of our own private ski hill, it is simply an orange brushed twill cap with a leather applique embroidery bordered by orange thread, there is also the original zip code next to the back slide enclosure.
